A clear, practical conversation about where AI fits and what to do next.
This is a structured conversation to cut through the hype and identify where AI can genuinely help your business safely, realistically and with measurable outcomes.
AI can be genuinely useful but most businesses don’t need a big “AI transformation” to see benefits. They need clarity: where it helps, where it doesn’t, and what’s safe. The majority of AI investments are yet to deliver ROI for companies.
This conversation is designed to give you that. We’ll explore how your teams work today, where time gets lost, and what outcomes would actually matter to leadership. From there, we’ll map realistic next steps, whether that’s a simple pilot, improving the foundations, or bringing in specialist support. The starting point though is really around the readiness piece most businesses overlook.
You’ll leave with practical ideas or steps to take the journey back to the start to truly prepare.
What is an AI readiness review?
It’s a structured discussion to identify practical AI opportunities and the steps needed to adopt them safely.
Do we need to be using AI already?
Not at all. This is often most useful before any tools are officially rolled out to a business but before Shadow AI becomes a problem.
Will you recommend specific tools?
Only if they suit your goals, security requirements and budget. The focus is outcomes first. We also work within the Microsoft world so our experience lies with Copilot, that’s not to say other tools can’t be used or suggested.
Is this conversation technical?
No it’s designed for business leaders. We’ll keep it plain English and practical, especially as there is no advantage to going into the details before looking at the high-level plan.
What happens if we’re not ready yet?
That’s still a good outcome. We’ll explain what’s missing and give you a sensible plan to get ready.
Can you help with implementation if we want to proceed?
Yes. If it makes sense, we can support pilots, governance, user adoption and deeper technical review with specialist input.
