Key Account Manager

This is a critical, senior commercial role responsible for the growth and retention of a defined portfolio of Key Accounts. A senior, commercially focused role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning Novem’s services to client objectives and driving long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop strategic client accounts
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Identify growth opportunities across managed services, cyber security, and Microsoft 365
  • Deliver revenue growth (MRM & NRM) and lead renewals
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline, and forecasting

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in Account Management within IT MSP/ICT
  • Proven success in client retention and recurring revenue growth
  • Experience working with SME clients (50–500 users)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement at senior level
  • Knowledge of Managed Services, Microsoft 365, and cyber security

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Comfortable in a high-autonomy environment
  • Full UK Driving Licence
