You may already have noticed emails coming from Novem addresses rather than Infrasys. This is now our standard setup, although legacy Infrasys email addresses continue to operate to ensure nothing is missed.

Why has Infrasys rebranded to Novem?
Bringing everything together under the Novem brand is an exciting step that allows us to operate more clearly and consistently as a group. It gives us greater depth of expertise, increased capability and a stronger platform to continue investing in our services, while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
Does this change affect my services?
No. Your services continue exactly as agreed. The way we deliver services, provide support and manage your account remains the same. This is a brand change.
Are my contract terms changing?
No, existing contractual terms remain unchanged. Any future changes, should they ever be required, would always be discussed and communicated clearly in advance.
Is there anything I need to do?
There is nothing you need to do at this stage. If any updates are required in the future, such as billing or administrative changes, we’ll communicate these clearly and with appropriate notice.
Are there any changes to billing or bank details?
There is no change to bank details at this time. If bank details are updated in the future, we’ll contact you separately with full instructions.
