Truthfully, we can’t guarantee no disruption whatsoever, and it’s important to us that we’re honest about that. Having said that, we certainly keep disruption to a minimum. We handle the migration behind the scenes while keeping your existing numbers, handsets and users operational and available. This might look like migrating over a weekend when your business is closed, or migrating users in batches instead of all at once. We can confidently find a migration method and schedule that keeps downtime to a minimum.
